Manning (Collegeville, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 21, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Winston Miner and Violet Pauline Miner (Dunbar); and her brother Joel Miner. She is survived by : her children, George W. Manning Jr. (Paula), Jill Laise (David) and David Manning (Michelle); her grandchildren, Laura Ward (Rusty Ward), Michael Laise, Ryan Laise, Samantha Manning, Joseph Manning, Cassandra Manning and Elizabeth Manning; and her great grandchild Brooke Laise.
