He was predeceased by: his father Earl Walter Rapp; and his sisters, Deb Estep and Joan Rapp. He is survived by: his mother Dora Mae Rapp (Webb) of Marietta; his children, Shawn M. Rapp (Jolene) of Marietta, Chris J. Rapp (Mindy) of Marietta, Joshua L. Rapp (Laura) of Denver, PA, Anthony J. Rapp (Heidi) of Marietta and Rosemae V. Rapp of Columbia; his close friend Tina Zimmerman of Columbia; his grandchildren, Ian, CJ, Cael, Kirsten, Dalton, Logan, Josh, Ashlynn, Hannah and Phoenix; and his great grandchild Rylie.
