He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Treby and Mamie Treby (Smoll); and his brother John W. Treby. He is survived by: his wife Serena L. Treby (Iobst); his daughter Phyllis Treby Hentz of Reading; his grandchildren, Matthew C. Hentz (Dale Kuhns) of Emmaus and Kelly A. Stephenson (Jason) of Wernersville; and his great grandchild Tyson L. Stephenson.
