He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas Garcia and Juliana Veloz. He is survived by: his spouse Alejandrina Dominguez of Garcia; his children, Johany Garcia of Massachusetts, Orlando Garcia of Massachusetts, Julio Garcia (Jesenia Walker) of Brooklyn, Gladys Garcia (Francisco Galarta) of Massachusetts and Elsy Garcia (Jose Sandobal) of Massachusetts; his stepchildren, Angela Rodriguez (Winbil) of Dominican Republic, Aracelis Rodriguez (Jose) of Lancaster, Romery Diaz (Geovanni) of Lancaster, Claribel Rodriguez of Lancaster, Ironeles Rodriguez (Hector) of Lancaster and Reinaldo Rodriguez of Lancaster; and his siblings, Porfirio Garcia of New York, Jose Antonio "Pin" Garcia of New York, Gustavo Garcia of New York, Maximino "Tito" Urbano of New York, Candida Veloz of New York and Ana Maria Garcia of Dominican Republic. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Melanie B. Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services (317 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the San Juan Bautista Catholic Church (425 S Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602).
