She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred C. Schmitt and Dorothy Jeannette Petters (Way); and her stepfather Carl Petters. She is survived by: her husband William R. Frank, Jr.; her children, Kelly Smith-Frank (Quinton), Sarah Woomer and Will Frank (Victoria); and her siblings, Karen Sirbak (Paul), Randy Schmitt (Brynn) and Jeff Schmitt (Mary).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Manor Church (530 Central Manor Rd, Lancaster, PA 17603). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
