He was predeceased by : his parents, William Carlton Manley, Sr. and Ruth E. Brown Manley; and his sister Anna May Cooper. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Sullivan Manley; his daughters, Laurie Kelly (Gene) and Terry Manley; his brother Aubrey Manley; his grandchildren, Jack and Maggie Kelly; his goddaughter Ashley Driscoll (Bob); his great-nieces, Taylor and Kate; and his great-nephew Chase Driscoll.
