She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell M. Peruso and Barbara L. Peruso (Kalina). She is survived by : her children, Jonathan C. Zajdel and Nikita M. Dite; the father of her children John S. Zajdel; and her siblings, Michael L. Peruso (Brenda), Russell J. Peruso (Jill), David A. Peruso (Pat) and Chic Baker (Gary). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
