It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ethel Balamuta (Conemaugh, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 13, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Anton Korber and Helen Korber (Hockycko); her husband Stephen Balamuta Sr.; her daughter Pamela Jean; her siblings, Karl, Victor, Ronald, John, Larry, Jimmy, Helen Plis, Betty Holland, Evelyn Smay and Lois P. Coffman; her daughter-in-law Debbie Meyers; and her sister-in-law Mary Balamuta (Skakunik).
She is survived by : her children, Barbara (William Tollis), Steve, Jr., Kimberly Horner, Greg, Sr. and Deborah Szczur; her grandchildren, Billy, April (Tim Girolami), Steve (Asley), Gregory, Josh (Marielle), Kayla (Cyrus Benson), Wendy and TJ; and her great grandchildren, Gio Girolami, Brooklyn, Stephen IV, Olivia, Ava, Caidyn, Grayson, McKenna, Shanice and Kayleigh Benson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
