She is survived by: her daughter Lisa; her grandchildren, Griffin and Megan; her husband Edward Puchko; her sisters, Dorothy Mae, South Fork and Grace Marie Cummings; her brother-in-law Albert Potter of Mineral Point; and also Hope. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
