It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Keith Hilliard of Confluence, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Scott F. Hilliard and Verna Pearl Hilliard (Thomas); his son Brian; and his brother Martin. He is survived by : his brothers, Ronald, Ray, Clyde and Dennis; his wife Sandra (VanSickle); his son Ferlin (Tabitha Fitz); his grandsons, Brently, Dustin (Savannah) and Montgomery; his great grandchildren, Bryer and Beckett; and his siblings, James (Samantha), Faye Shaffer, Kay Thompson, Denise Foy (Tom), Jean Hause (Dave) and Sharon Hilliard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, facial masks are recommended.
