He was predeceased by : his mother Elva Hoover (Nicholson). He is survived by : his father Glenn Hoover; his wife Donna (Shaulis); his children, Wendy Hoover, Elisha Fazenbaker and Scott Hoover; his grandchildren, Dallas Hoover, Brady Hoover, Makaylah Fazenbaker, Isabella Schartiger, David Fazenbaker, Riley Fazenbaker and Hailey Hoover; and his siblings, Leonard Hoover, Glenn Hoover, Jr., Jacqueline Conn and Melva Conway.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to help defray funeral expenses may be sent in care of the family to Humbert Funeral Home, PO Box 37, Confluence, PA 15424.
