She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Lloyd and Wilma J. Grimm Swink; her grandson Jared Oswald; and her brother William Swink. She is survived by: her husband Mark Blaine; her daughter Jody Oswald (Gary) of Bullskin Twp; her grandchildren, Justin Oswald, Kris Oswald, Kolby Oswald (Jessica), Kaleb Oswald and Anna Oswald; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Nathan, George, Eli, Elliana, Leo and Cassius; her sister Karen Wilson (Bill) of Connellsville; and her sister-in-law Carol Swink of Connellsville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
