We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Donna Shmigalsky of Connellsville, Pennsylvania, born in Normalville, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Nicholson and Emma Jane Nicholson (Nicolo); her son Matthew Shmigalsky; and her brothers, Irvin Nicholson, Jr., Donald Nicholson and Wendell "Bub" Nicholson.
She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Shmigalsky; her children, Michael Shmigalsky Jr. of New Brighton, Mark Shmigalsky of Turtle Creek and Marty Shmigalsky of Connellsville; and her siblings, Sandra Brooks of Connellsville and Wayne Nicholson (Pat) of Normalville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In following with Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines, the family requests masks are to be worn and social distancing guidelines are to be followed during visitation and funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Donna's name to St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Connellsville - 116 S 2nd St, Connellsville, PA 15425 or the American Heart Association - PO Box 417005 Boston, MA 02241-7005.
