He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton F. "Dutz" and Alice Tober (Kinzey). He is survived by: his wife Pam Mongell; his children, Stephanie Tober (Elijah Fields) of McKeesport, Kimmie Harbaugh (David) of Connellsville and Christopher Tober of Connellsville; his grandsons, Jayson and Logan; his sister Linda Tober of Connellsville; and his siblings-in-law, Patti Hatfield and Steve Mongell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and his pet cat.
Interment will be private. Those attending Gary's visitation will be required to wear a mask.
