He is survived by : his close friend Tammy Upton; his children, Dylan Adams (Cheyanne) of Connellsville, Haley Adams of Connellsville, Tyler Adams of Connellsville and Tesla Adams of Connellsville; his grandchildren, Braxton and Xander; and his brothers, Brian Adams, Douglas Adams and James Campbell (Jessica).
