He is survived by : his wife Thelma F. Richter (Means); his children, Florence Myers (John) of Latrobe, Lloyd Keith Richter (Linda) of Normalville, Carol Carroll (Thomas) of Melbourne, FL. and Brian Richter (Julie) of England; his grandchildren, Nathan Barclay (Arra), Kaitlin Weiss (Eric), Rachel Lint (John), Laura Nichelson (James Jr.), Kristina Carroll, Lexi Carroll, Christopher Carroll, Chelsea Thomas (Lewis) and Breanne Richter; his great grandchildren, Erin Perez, Falon Barclay, Emma Lint, Molly Lint, James Michael Nicholson, Dylan Thomas, Esra Thomas and Isaiah Carroll; and his siblings, John Richter of Findlay, OH. and Audrey Childers of Concord, NC..
