She was predeceased by : her husband Arthur R. Winters, Jr.; her parents, Lloyd P. Burgess and Elisabeth Burgess (Watson); her husband Art; and her brother Frank W. Burgess of Springfield, MA..
She is survived by : her son Philip L. Winters (Marsha); her grandson Matthew (Jenna); her great grandchild Owen; her son Andrew G. Winters (Deana); her grandsons, David Winters (Katie Dewitt) and Alex Winters of State College, PA.; her son Paul A. Winters (Gabrielle); her grandson Jack Winters of Eagleville, PA.; and also, Rachel Winters of Tampa, FL. and Mia.
