He is survived by : his wife Barbara F. Evangelisto (Thompson); his children, Frances K. Piller (John), James G. Evangelisto (Donna) and Diane M. Burley (Fred); his granddaughter Rachel Bettis (Cory); his children, Kayla, Kyle, Connor Evangelisto, Michelle Clemente (Nick), Jessica Pollmeier (Ben) and Steven Burley (Tashana); and his brothers, Bill Evangelisto, Anthony Evangelisto (Carol), Frank Evangelisto (Nancy) and James J. Evangelisto. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
