She is survived by: her husband John Pentz, Sr.; her children, Sheila Devine (Dustin), John Pentz Jr. (Amy), Teresa Pentz and Jackie Pentz; her siblings, Larry Yerk, Timmy Yerk, Sharon Yerk and Bonnie Johnson; her grandchildren, Kendel, Korrin Pentz, Keira Devine, Shayla Pentz, Brooklyn Conard, Biannca Pentz and Quentin Conard; and her half-brother Scott W. Yerk.
In lieu of flowers , memorial contributions can be made to the family and they will distribute to Holly's many favorite charities.
