He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Andrew Dornblaser Sr. and Margaret Dornblaser (Rizzo); his daughter Holly Mayberry; his grandson Shane Andrew Hanchett; and his sisters, Maryetta Reinhardt and June Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dornblaser (Funk); his daughters, Heidi (Jim Trinkle) and Heather (Steve Serfass); his son-in-law Tim Mayberry; his grandchildren, Brylee Trinkle, Kayla Trinkle, Hayden Hanchett, Zoe Murray, Bradley Serfass and Brooke Serfass; and his brother David Dornblaser.
