He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph F. Vogel and Hilda P. Vogel (Posch); his wife Barbara L. Vogel (Rakos); and his sister Dorothy Zweifel. He is survived by : his sister Elleen Rinker of Coopersburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
