He is survived by : his wife Christine (Nielsen); his daughter Amanda; his granddaughter Jenny; his siblings, Keith White, Jeffrey White, Veronica Hawk (Tom) and Lisa Graybill (Dennis); his siblings-in-law, Paul Nielsen (Linda), William Nielsen (Sue) and Donna Kneule (Ron); and his pet Joy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
