She was predeceased by : her husband Albert M. "Al" Costello; her parents, Earle G. Proctor and Genevieve Proctor (White); and her siblings, Earle G. Proctor, Jr. and Patricia A. Petrasovits.
She is survived by : her children, A. Michael (Deborah) of Whitehall, James (Regina) of Bethlehem, David (Deborah) of Slatington and Kathleen (Harrison Litzenberger) of Whitehall; her grandchildren, Mark, Kristin, Lisa, Kevin, Diana and Michael; her sister Joan C Kunkle of Northampton; and her nieces, Karen and Lori. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
