He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas, Sr. Thompkins and Nola Thompkins; his wife Myrtle Thompkins; and his brothers, Bennnie Floyd, Douglas Lee and Darnell Thompkins.
He is survived by: his children, Sarah, Floyd and Deanie; his siblings' child No Nonsense; his siblings, William, LeRoy Thompkins, Burnell Price and LueDella Woodruff; and his siblings-in-law, Rose, Teresa, Gail, Janice Thompkins and Edward Woodruff. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
