He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, John E. Pekarski and Daniel H. Cobb; his uncles, Raymond H. Cobb, Gene A. Cobb and Craig A. Cobb; and his aunt Barbara J. Cobb Boothby.
He is survived by: his parents, Brian J. Pekarski and Norma A. Cobb Pekarski; his sister Jennifer L. Pekarski-Booth (Jeremy Booth) of Raleigh, N. C.; and his grandmothers, Muriel M. Pekarski of Coudersport and Norma Cobb Nichols of Coudersport. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children-Erie, 1645 W. 8th Street, Erie, PA 16505.
