He was predeceased by : his wife Rosemary Schrecengost; his parents, Alex H. Schrecengost and Rose M. Schrecengost; and his siblings, Alex H. Schrecengost, Jr., Virginia C. Volk, Catherine R. O'Donnell, John H. Schrecengost, Laverne A. Jones, Robert M. and Richard P. Schrecengost.

He is survived by : his children, William D. Schrecengost (Gale O'Connell) and Mary Rose Louis (John); his grandchildren, Brittany Leigh Schrecengost, Kristen Amber and Lauren Ashley Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Avya, Kendall Rose and Rayna. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
