He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Palmer and Caroline Palmer (Taglieri); and his sister Lucille Graul (Whitey). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Palmer (Schnabele); his children, Bradford and Lisa Kilyk (Ted); and his grandchildren, Luke Palmer and Grace Rose (Vince). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
