She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Holzman and Dorothy Holzman. She is survived by : her daughter Barbara Hughes (Edward); her grandchildren, Ryan and Sean Hughes; her sister Norma Jones (Robert); and her nieces and nephews, Kelly Workman (Mark) and Greg Jones (Jennifer).
She was also a talented seamstress, creating curtains, pillows, and even masks during the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Emma's memory to the Sherwood Oaks Scholarship Fund.
