She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Wagaman and Lillian J. Wagaman; and her brother Donald L. Wagaman, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas L. Manley, Jr.; and her children, Thomas L. Manley, III (Lisa) and Linda J. Wiethorn (Michael). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
