She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew G. Kolarcik and Anna M. Kolarcik (Butter). She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Poloka, Christi Kolarcik (Joseph Schmitt), Chad Kolarcik, Jared Daniel, Reanna Marie, Layla Jayne, Barrett Alan and Emmett Joseph Kolarcik-Schmitt; her brother Andrew Kolarcik (Virginia); and her sibling's children, Andrew Kolarcik (Deborah), Mindy Szymanski (Larry) and Dean Kolarcik (Tiffany).
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Kilian Church (7076 Franklin Rd, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066).
