He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Batista and Myrna Batista (Mathiesen); and his brothers, Gary and Joey Batista. He is survived by: his children, Dale, Jennifer and Brad Batista; his sister Kathleen Pasquale (Bart); and his grandchildren, Guinevere, Noah and Bodi.
