She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Yurochko and Margaret Yurochko (Colbaugh); her husband Nicholas G. Kohart (Kuharich); her granddaughter Jacqueline M. Long; and her siblings, Margaret Balcer, John, Thomas, Edward, George, Joseph, Steve and Michael.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard, Nick Jr. (Carol), Edward (Laura) and Mark (Patti); and her grandchildren, Patti, Judi, Jennifer, Naomi, Nicole, Sarah and Luke. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and five great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
