He was predeceased by: his parents, David Fulton and Gladys Fulton (Cornell); his wife Dorothy L. (Plunkett); his former wife Anna (Lumbatis); his close friend Carol Patterson; his daughters, Debra Fulton and Beth Itle; and his brothers, James, David, Robert, William and Wayne.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly McCloskey (Ray), Christine Lybarger (Jim) and Karen Swain (Dave); his son-in-law Matt Itle; his sister Donna Miller; his sisters-in-law, Dottie Fulton and Roberta Fulton; his grandchildren, Shannon Itle, Jody Conrad (Adam), David Lybarger, Nickole Bender (Jason) and Brian Lybarger (Joanne); and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Ella, Clair Conrad, Molly, Ava, Emily Itle, Tristan Lybarger and Eli Bender.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Family Funeral Home (233 Keystone Ave, Cresson, PA 16630). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
