Fitzsimmons, (Del Grande); her brothers, Mark Jr. and Jason Alan; her children, Avery (Trish) and Savannah; her son-in-law James Kessler; her grandchildren, Danyelle and Alexus; her siblings, Vanessa Fitzsimmons (Scott Polchito) of Ebensburg, Maria Moreland (Frank) of Lilly and Nathan Fitzsimmons of Cresson; her nephew Jason Moreland; her niece Ava Moreland of Lilly; and her aunt Debby Glunt. She is also survived by daughter; and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help defer expenses.
