He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vinglas and Catherine Vinglas (Abretski); his wife Marjorie O. (Chernesky); his sons, Walter P. and Lawrence P. Vinglas; and his siblings, George, John, Michael, Joseph, Frank, Leo Vinglas, Francis Stasik, Helen Zabinsky, Victoria Koeck and Mary Ksiazkiewicz.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol L. Plunkett (Richard); his grandchildren, Oriana L. Poruban (Timothy) of Middletown, MD, Walter I. Vinglas of Middletown, MD, Matthew R. Plunkett (Melissa) of Middletown, MD, Myersville, MD of Middletown, MD, Adam C. Plunkett (Jennifer) of Middletown, MD and Cara L. Plunkett of Middletown, MD; his great grandchildren, Jestin of Lilly, Jordyn of Lilly, Jerry Poruban of Lilly, Tyler Vinglas, Harper, Ellis Plunkett of Myersville, MD and Makenna Plunkett of Middletown, MD; and his brother Thomas Vinglas (Judy). He is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
