She was predeceased by : her parents, Gaylord Martin and Mildred Hummel Martin; her former life partner Robert E. Steltz; her sons, Larry and David Steltz; her brothers, Gaylord "Sonny" and Jay Martin; and her pet Daisy.
She is survived by : her husband Robert H. Thomas; her daughters, Joan Thomas and Carol Richards; and her siblings, Ida Scott, Sandra Traver, Alfred Martin and Robert Martin. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
