She was predeceased by : her parents, Cynthia Henritzy and Paul Henritzy. She is survived by : her siblings, Ted Henritzy (Debi) and Paige Zaia (Joe); and her boyfriend Paul Belak. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews, three great nieces and one great nephew.
