He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Bair and Mabel Bair (Barnett); and his sister Dorothy Miller. He is survived by: his wife Connie Bair (Leiphart); his daughters, Pamela Grimm (Curvin) of Red Lion, PA, Kathy Smeltzer (Lewis) of Homosassa, FL and JoAnn Hinds (Scott) of Benezette, PA; his brother George Bair; and his grandchildren, Toby Newcomer (Rachel), Clinton Smeltzer (Tiffany), Clayton Smeltzer (Amanda), Holly Kelly (Bruce) and Lindsey Walker (Shane). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
