With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Fern I. Schlegel of Dalmatia, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Zartman (Reitz) and Max Zartman; and her husband Kenneth E. Schlegel. She is survived by: her children, Jane Petitte (Jim) and Karl Schlegel (Betsy); and her sister Faye Leitzel. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Church of Christ (2082 PA-147, Dalmatia, PA 17017). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Trinity UCC, Dalmatia.
