She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Vito Shimkus; her parents, James Ludlow and Beatrice Ludlow (Ryan); her children, Vito Jr., Dalton, Ann, Dana Coutts, Denver, Colo, Joseph, Amy of Peterborough, N. H., Mary Keinz, Randy, Thomas, Beth, Francis and Michael; her grandchildren, Therese, Anna Mary, Veronica, Theodora, Kelly, Julie and Derek Shimkus; and her son Jimmy. She was also cherished by child herself she would share with cousins her dream of having eight children.
