She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend James Leon Belt; and her parents, Claude Smith and Clara Bolt Smith (Maiden Name). She is survived by: her son Timothy D. Belt; her daughter-in-law Mariah of Tunkhannock; her son James Leon Belt, Jr.; and her child-in-law Gail of Portland, ME. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
