He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph F Kacala Sr. and Mary G Kacala. He is survived by : his siblings, Joseph F Kacala Jr. Selene (Pam), Michael Kacala (Maria), Susan Kacala-Sowell (Frank) and Angela Kacala. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
