He was predeceased by : his parents, Maggie Neal, and Willie M. Neal, Sr.; his wife Clara Mae Neal; his children, Carla Simmons and Bert Neal (Valerie); and his sister Peggy Neal.

He is survived by : his children, Deborah Neal, Gerald Neal (Rhea), Davida Morris (Robert) and Willie III (Jackie); and his sister Marion Little. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marvil Funeral Home, Ltd. (1110 Main St, Darby, PA 19023). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 2:15 PM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
