He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin R. Winter and Elsie E. Winter (O'Neal); and his siblings, Thelma J. Cromwell, June I. Barton (Clair), Fred H. Winter, Arthur Winter, Calvin E. Winter, Ivan D. Winter, Roger L. Winter (Betty) and Perry Winter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary A. Winter (Susie) of Bristol, PA., Connie Wright of Robertsdale, Gail B. Diehl (Terry) of Defiance, Cindy S. Wright (Denny) of Hopewell and Cheryl L. Foster (Charles); and his sisters-in-law, Nancy J. Winter of Bristol, PA, Vonnie L. Winter and Margaret A. Clark of Rockhill Furnace. He is also survived by 36 nieces and nephews and numerous great and great great nieces and nephews.
