He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bender and Arvilla Bender. He is survived by: his wife Debra (Janicki); his children, Miranda Floor (Sean), Chad Bender (Samantha) and Nadia Speney (Timothy); and his siblings, Jed Bender (Renee), Chris Bender (Terri) and Mari Ann Eberhart (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
