He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cullum (Bennett); his son Michael Edward Cullum (Michele) of Pylesville, MD.; his grandchildren, Jason Cullum, Chadd Cullum, Scott Cullum, Joe Cullum and Sarah Cullum; his great grandchildren, Audrey Cullum, Boyd Cullum and Hank Cullum; and his siblings, James Winfield Cullum (Virginia) of Oley, PA. and Katherine Cullum Slusher of Darlington, MD..
His experience proved to be the business foundation for three generations of his family.
