With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Everette H. Mullins Sr. (Delta, Pennsylvania), born in Woodbine, Maryland, who passed away on December 28, 2019 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parent Sinona Rebecca Mullins-Stanley (Sparks); his stepfather Nailor Stanley; and his brother Dexter Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Mullins (Jennings); and his stepson Norman Hooker, Jr. (Robin). He is also survived by Eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
