He is survived by: his parents, William Frommeyer Lutters and Carolyn Elaine Lutters (Schmidt); his wife Bertha O. Lutters; his sons, Ryan Worthington Lutters and Aaron Joseph Lutters; and his brother Brian Lutters (Gail).
