It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond F. Watkins of Delta, Pennsylvania, born in Pylesville, Maryland, who passed away on September 21, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Jarrett and Oleato Watkins (Bush); his daughter Diane L. Watkins; and his siblings, William (Bill), Jarrett, Marshall, Famous, Albert, Mildred and Marion Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Louise Watkins (Poff); his children, Thomas R. Watkins (Karen) and Steven M. Watkins; his grandchildren, Damon, Ross, Douglas, Alisia, Ashley, Celest, Megan, Jennie and Callie; and his great grandchildren, Trae, Kyleigh, Maya, Addison, Brooklyn and Scarlett.
