He was predeceased by: his wife Nola Purcell (Flahart); his parents, Carl E. "Perk" and Ruth Purcell (Parthree); and his sons, Martin Purcell and Donnie Purcell.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Jennifer Ulsh (David) and Ashley Purcell of Wrightsville, PA; and his niece Khristine Lavin (Michael) of Delta, PA.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren as well as several nieces.
